How to Order

When you select the option you will be asked to select from the following options:

• Credit Card
  • Ashland accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express. For security reasons the credit card process is not automated. After filling out the credit card form and you hit submit, the information is e-mailed to Ashland's billing department to be processed. We do not use outside services such as Billpoint or Paypal. Your credit card information is not stored on our server or any other computers. Still, with all of the horror stories we hear about credit card fraud and the internet, we understand if you are hesitant to send information over the internet. • Check or Money Order
  • When you submit a check or money order, Ashland will e-mail an authorization number to you generally within 48 hours. The authorization number is important for a few reasons. First it verifies that the item is on reserve for you. Also when your check Aries it assists the billing department to locate your order. So please wait for the authorization number before you mail us your check and make sure to write the number on your check.
• Bank Wire Transfer
  • Bank wire transfer is generally used by overseas customers that wish to speed up the order process. As with a check or money order, when you submit a bank wire transfer order, Ashland will e-mail an authorization number to you generally within 48 hours. Please wait until the authorization number is received before you proceed with the bank wire transfer. Bank wire transfers should be made in US funds only.
